Do the check-in calls use our hours?

No. Periodic check-in calls are included free with every plan.

Can you take over work someone else built?

Yes, that's very common. We start by reviewing what's already in your account, so we understand your customizations before we change anything.

Is this the same as NetSuite's own support?

No. NetSuite's support covers the platform itself. We look after your account's customizations, reports and processes, and how NetSuite works for your business.
