You stay in control. Sessions run live on Google Meet. Your admin does the clicking and we guide every step, so you never share a login or hand over admin access. Sessions can be used any time within 90 days, and if you'd like more time, extra sessions are $250 per hour.

Why a setup package, not a do-it-yourself guide?

We've written a free guide to NetSuite and AI, and plenty of admins set this up themselves. Most of the effort isn't the connection. It's the decisions around it:

  • Access. Which records and fields should the AI be able to read? Who gets access, and what should it never see (payroll, for example)?
  • Accuracy. Are the answers right for your account, with your custom fields, subsidiaries and quirks?
  • Adoption. Does your team know how to ask questions that get reliable answers?

Getting these right at the start is much cheaper than fixing a permissions problem later.

Which AI assistants do you support?

Claude and ChatGPT. If your team uses something else, ask us and we'll tell you honestly whether it's a good fit.

Do you need a login to our NetSuite account?

No. We work over Google Meet with your NetSuite administrator sharing their screen. They stay in control of every change, and we talk them through each step.

What if we need more time than the package includes?

No problem. Extra sessions are $250 per hour, booked as you need them. Package sessions can be used any time within 90 days of purchase.

Will the AI be able to change our data?

Only if you want it to. We usually start with read-only access, and widen it only for specific, tested tasks.

What do we need before we start?

A NetSuite administrator who can join the sessions on Google Meet, and an account on Claude or ChatGPT for each user. For the AI Rollout, a sandbox account is ideal but not required.

Is this the same as NetSuite's built-in AI features?

No. NetSuite's built-in features work inside NetSuite's own screens. This connects NetSuite to the AI assistant your team already uses, so people can ask questions across your data in plain English. Our guide explains the difference.
